I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.\nJob Description\nObjectives / Purpose:\nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and design activities across assigned projects and portfolios.\nEnsure engineering scope, cost, schedule, resources, quality, and deliverables are effectively planned, managed, and delivered.\nDrive integration across engineering disciplines to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality design solutions.\nSupport engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with business, project, quality, and regulatory requirements.\n\nAccountabilities:\n\nDesign Delivery Management:\nAccountable for planning, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary engineering and design activities across assigned projects and portfolios.\nManage engineering scope, deliverables, priorities, and resource requirements.\nEnsure engineering activities are delivered in alignment with project objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.\nCoordinate engineering interfaces across all GCC disciplines.\n\nCost, Schedule & Resource Management\nDevelop and maintain engineering schedules, resource plans, and delivery forecasts.\nMonitor engineering budgets, resource utilization, and delivery performance.\nIdentify and manage delivery risks, resource constraints, and priority conflicts.\nSupport project reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews.\nQuality & Governance\nEnsure engineering deliverables meet quality, GMP, compliance, and business requirements.\nCoordinate design reviews, quality checks, and multidisciplinary reviews.\nManage engineering change processes and design risk assessments.\nDrive delivery consistency, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary GCC interface for assigned projects and portfolios.\nCollaborate with Project Teams, Engineering Functions, Manufacturing Sites, and Business Stakeholders.\nCommunicate project status, risks, priorities, resource requirements, and delivery commitments.\nFacilitate decision-making and resolution of cross-functional issues.\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nPromote digital engineering, standardization, and best practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, quality, predictability, and efficiency.\nSupport implementation of innovative engineering delivery approaches and tools.\n\nEducation, Behavioural Competencies and Skills:\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.\nMaster's Degree preferred.\n\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in engineering, design management, project delivery, or capital project environments.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary engineering activities in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industries.\nExperience managing engineering scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.\nExperience across Concept, FEED, Detailed Design, and Project Delivery phases.\n\nBehavioural Competencies\nLeadership and team coordination.\nStakeholder management and influencing.\nStrategic thinking and decision making.\nCommercial and financial awareness.\nRisk management and problem solving.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nTechnical Skills\nDesign Management and Engineering Delivery Management.\nScope, Cost, Schedule, Resource, Risk, and Quality Management.\nMultidisciplinary engineering coordination.\nEngineering planning, forecasting, and performance management.\nPharmaceutical capital project delivery.\nEngineering governance, change management, and reporting.\nDigital engineering and project management tools.\nLocations\nIND -
