Working closely with stakeholders, technology teams, platform owners, vendors, and project partners, you will contribute to the delivery of approved technology and digital initiatives that improve processes, support operational effectiveness, and enhance user adoption. The position plays an important role in connecting business and technology teams, helping ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are aligned to business needs, and projects progress successfully from intake through implementation and continuous improvement. Through process analysis, solution coordination, and project support, this role helps maintain momentum across technology and AI roadmaps while contributing to sustainable, business-focused outcomes.\nHow You Will Contribute\nPartner with stakeholders across Legal, Ethics and Compliance, technology teams, and external partners to identify business needs, priorities, and opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.\nFacilitate discovery and analysis activities to gather requirements, map processes, identify gaps, and support process standardization and optimization.\nTranslate business needs into documented requirements including user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.\nCoordinate technology delivery activities by supporting project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and issue management.\nCollaborate with technical teams and vendors to clarify requirements and help ensure solutions align with approved business objectives.\nSupport implementation and enhancement of legal technology platforms through testing, integration, configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.\nContribute to artificial intelligence and digital initiatives by coordinating pilots, deployment readiness, training, feedback collection, and user adoption efforts.\nTrack performance and communicate progress through dashboards, status updates, reporting, and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\n5-8+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, business analysis, digital transformation, or technology program delivery.\nDemonstrated experience translating business needs into documented processes, requirements, and technology solutions.\nExperience supporting legal technology platforms, including working knowledge of TeamConnect, Malbek, and iManage.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, workflow automation, integrations, application interfaces, and data management concepts.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nStrong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to manage competing priorities and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.\n.\nTakeda Compensation and Benefits Summary\nWe understand compensation is an important factoras you consider the next step in your career.
