I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.\nJob Description\nAbout the Role\nThe Events & Content Lead is a key member of the Global Procurement Strategy & Performance team, responsible for shaping and delivering content, communications, and events that communicate the organization’s strategy, priorities, and value across the enterprise. This role helps ensure that employees and stakeholders receive clear, engaging, and consistent messaging through a variety of channels and forums. Working closely with leadership and Corporate Communications, the position supports strategic engagement initiatives, knowledge management, and organizational visibility. The role also manages a small team providing administrative support to the Procurement Leadership team.\nHow You Will Contribute\nCreate and deliver strategic content including Power Point presentations, roadmaps, articles, videos, frequently asked questions, and intranet resources that support key initiatives.\nManage knowledge-sharing platforms and content channels to ensure information is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational priorities.\nDevelop content for town halls, leadership meetings, and speaking engagements that effectively communicate strategy, progress, and business value.\nCoordinate and support live and virtual events, overseeing planning, logistics, execution, and timely distribution of event materials and recordings.\nFacilitate employee engagement sessions by managing event technology, supporting speakers, and coordinating audience participation.\nLead the creation of internal publications by developing, curating, and organizing content for recurring internal communications.\nPartner with Corporate Communications and business leaders to deliver aligned communication strategies and strengthen stakeholder engagement.\nLead and develop a small team focused on administrative support.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or communications roles.\nStrong communication, storytelling, presentation, and writing skills, including the ability to create clear and engaging content.\nProficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications - specifically Power Point, including presentation development.\nExperience managing communications, engagement activities, and organizational change initiatives.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical ability, planning skills, and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and perform effectively under tight deadlines and in global working environments.\nLocations\nLodz, PolandBase Salary Range:\nzł328,000.00 - zł451,000.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
