We’re looking for a hands-on CMMS Administrator & Engineer to help keep our manufacturing operations safe, reliable, and efficient through effective maintenance planning, equipment care, and continuous improvement.\nStep into a hands-on maintenance role where your mechanical expertise and CMMS skills help keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for operation. You’ll coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, strengthen planning and spare-parts readiness, and work across teams to drive continuous improvement in a cGMP environment.\nComputerized maintenance management system (CMMS) administrator & Engineer.\nPlanning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for equipment based on schedules, and availability of clearance and resources.\nResponsible for maintaining data in the CMMS system pertaining to the Equipment, Systems, Functional locations master data, maintenance plan, Bill of Materials (BOM), Maintenance schedules, Task lists in the system.\nMaintains spare parts master and ensure the required spares are available for carrying out the maintenance activities. \nUnderstands simple issue related to maintenance activity and aligns the requirement to continually improve the maintenance procedures.\nIs conversant with Statutory aspects for applicable regulations pertaining to Pressure vessels, Rotating equipment, Lifting tools and tackles and schedules the plan for performing the tests periodically\nMust Have Knowledge & application at\nMaintenance of equipments mechanical aspects\nShall have a good knowledge in understanding maintenance concepts, scheduling and planning.\nStrong understanding of site EHS systems, permit-to-work, and lockout-tagout practices.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of ISO system: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, pharm cGMP systems shall be preferred\nGood To Have\nHands on experience on CMMS / SAP -PM\nWorking in Paperless setup.\nUnderstanding and knowledge in Agile operating systems like standard work, 5’s implementation etc\nSix Sigma concepts \nDecision-making and Autonomy\nMust have capacity and authority to make simple decisions and escalate complex issues timely.
