Omnichannel Marketing Lead (Associate Director)

Role Purpose

The Omnichannel Marketing Lead (Associate Director) enables integrated omnichannel execution by partnering with brand teams, agencies, and delivery partners to plan, coordinate, and optimize connected experiences across personal and non-personal channels. This role ensures omnichannel plans are executable, compliant, measurable, and aligned to platform capabilities and standards.

Scope & Leadership Expectations

• Acts as a senior execution partner to brands and agencies, ensuring cross-channel plans translate into coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Creates operational clarity and consistency in omnichannel ways of working across partners.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Execution Partnership: Translate omnichannel strategy into executable plans and coordinated channel activation with brand teams and agencies.
• Cross-Channel Orchestration Partnership: Coordinate closely with MarTech and Digital Platform leads so journeys/campaigns/experiences connect through shared data, content, consent, and measurement foundations.
• Delivery Partner Coordination: Align scope, milestones, dependencies, and quality gates for omnichannel activations; ensure transparent status and risk management.
• Content-to-Channel Readiness: Partner with Content Product Lead to ensure content supply aligns to channel requirements (formats, metadata/tagging, approval timing).
• Measurement & Optimization: Ensure measurement plans are in place and used to drive continuous optimization and inform roadmap needs.
• Ways of Working & Quality: Reinforce disciplined intake, documentation hygiene, and readiness checks that improve throughput and reduce delivery friction.

Decision Rights

• Authority to define channel activation readiness criteria (measurement, consent, content availability, orchestration dependencies).
• Accountable to recommend activation sequencing when constraints exist (content/MLR/platform limits).

Key Stakeholders

Brand teams, agencies/AORs, delivery partners, MarTech lead, content lead, digital platforms lead, analytics/data stakeholders.

Qualifications / Experience

• 8-12+ years in omnichannel marketing enablement, digital marketing operations, agency leadership/partnership, cross-channel planning, and measurement
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strong compliance awareness
