The role is responsible for driving effectiveness and efficiency by translating the organizational strategy into concrete, actionable goals and metrics. Additionally, the role orchestrates a procurement annual calendar and governance forums that keep the organization decision oriented and focused on the right things and the right time by.\nTurning Procurement strategy into key performance indicators that measure organizational and operational performance toward achieving our strategy\nDeveloping and owning the Global Procurement KPI framework, including a Procurement Cockpit and performance insights\nOwning organizational governance, including the operating rhythm to drive decisions, value governance and business continuity\nHow you will contribute:\n1.Strategy & Operational Performance\nDevelop, manage and continuously improve the Global Procurement KPI framework, reporting cycle and Procurement Cockpit, with clear definitions, ownership, data quality expectations, dashboards and reporting timelines. \nWork with Procurement Leaders to define key performance indicators that measure organizational and operational performance toward achieving our strategy\nInterpret performance information and produce concise, executive-ready narratives that highlight trends, risks, gaps, dependencies and recommended corrective actions for the CPO and Procurement Leadership Team. \nPartner with Finance, Value Delivery and functional leaders to support consistent, transparent and credible tracking and reporting of Procurement value, operating expenditure and investments. \nMonitor performance against strategic priorities and use governance mechanisms to surface issues, facilitate decisions and drive timely corrective action. \nProvide analytical support for leadership discussions, translating complex data into practical insights and clear decision points. \n2.Operational Governance\nCoordinate core governance forums and performance reviews, including the Procurement Leadership Team meeting cadence, operational performance reviews and manages agendas, materials, decisions, actions and disciplined follow-through. \nMaintain the Global Procurement calendar and functional operating rhythm, aligning strategy, budget, performance and transformation cycles. \nMaintain decision rights, escalation pathways and governance standards in line with leadership expectations and applicable enterprise governance. \nIdentify and mitigate risks to reporting integrity, governance effectiveness and delivery of agreed outcomes; maintain appropriate issue and action visibility. \nEngage stakeholders across Procurement and enterprise functions to align inputs, expectations, timelines and accountabilities, while promoting continuous improvement of performance and governance processes. \nDevelop and own the Global Procurement Business Continuity Plan\nEDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS\n11+years of relevant experience, ideally in a global and transformation environment, designing and launching new performance and governance processes in a Global Procurement organization\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, data/analytics or a related discipline required; an advanced degree is advantageous. \nExperience applying goal setting methods (e.g. Hoshin Kanri) and working with leaders to connect Procurement’s strategic priorities, performance measures, governance requirements and delivery risks.\nExperienced with establishing Procurement metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency, including value tracking, operating expenditure and investments, and supports delivery within financial targets.\nSkilled in engaging senior leaders and partners across Procurement, Finance and other business functions.\nHighly effective communication skills with ability to convey goals, performance, risks and required decisions clearly in writing, presentations and leadership forums.\nKnowledge of risk frameworks with ability to develop and oversee the Global Procurement organizations Business Continuity Plan.\nProficient with desktop applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance decision-making and business outcomes\nFluent in English (written and spoken) \nAs a recognized expert within your business or function, you possess comprehensive expertise in your discipline and broad knowledge across related areas. You excel at anticipating internal and external challenges, recommending improvements, and providing leadership and consultative expertise for a specific business, region or function. Your role involves shaping company policies, solving unique, far-reaching problems affecting operations, disciplines, or other business units or functional areas or regions. You frequently interact with equivalent-level managers and customer representatives, conducting briefings and technical meetings.
