You will be part of Global Finance Center of Excellence, partnering with procurement teams across regions and categories to provide clear insights into business health, performance, and opportunities. Reporting to the Global Sourcing Support Lead, you will lead a team that is moving from reactive reporting toward proactive, value-added analysis. Your work will support stronger decision-making, improve the quality and consistency of procurement data, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of Global Procurement and Global Finance Center of Excellence.\nHow You Will Contribute\nLead a team of professionals delivering analytics and insights that support Global Procurement decision-making and value creation.\nDevelop proactive data analysis that identifies business drivers, risks, trends, and opportunities for value creation.\nSupport global procurement stakeholders across regions and categories with relevant data, reports, and insights.\nImprove data quality and reporting consistency by partnering with procurement teams and sourcing support colleagues.\nUse reporting and analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators, trends, scorecards, and business performance.\nDrive transformation and continuous improvement by moving the team toward more value-added activities and sharing effective practices.\nCommunicate insights and business value through clear presentations, recommendations, and performance narratives.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree.\nAt least 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in global delivery services or procurement operations.\nExperience in data analytics, reporting, automation, and the use of metrics to support business decisions.\nProficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.\nKnowledge of data architecture, master data, data lakes, key performance indicators, scorecards, and performance metrics, with the ability to leverage these concepts and tools to generate actionable insights and support effective decision-making.\nExperience leading teams and managing transformation or change initiatives.\nStrong communication, presentation, consulting, stakeholdermanagement, and influencing skills.\nFluency in English and business-level fluency in the relevant regional operating language.\nLocations\nLodz, PolandBase Salary Range:\nzł169,600.00 - zł233,200.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
