I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.\nJob Description\nThe R2R Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational execution across the integrated R2R process, including Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger. Ensure timely flow of activities, alignment of dependencies, and effective resolution of process issues. Support process governance, standardization, and operational continuity across the assigned scope. Act as a coordination point for stakeholders and operational teams within the R2R function. Drive operational excellence with a strong digital and improvement mindset, helping the team adapt to change and strengthen process flow through better coordination, standardization, and smarter use of tools.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate day-to-day activities across Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger processes.\nMonitor process dependencies and ensure timely handover between subledger and GL activities. \nTrack deadlines, workflow status, and quality of delivery across the assigned scope. \nSupport issue resolution and escalate risks impacting close or reporting performance. \nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and process continuity. \nSupport documentation, control adherence, and process compliance. \nDrive standardization, knowledge sharing, and operational improvements in R2R area. \nSupport leadership with workload coordination, reporting, and process governance. \nCoordinate and participate in projects that improve the operations of accounting and controlling processes within the assigned scope. \nProvide support in resolving non-standard or complex queries from internal and external stakeholders.\nDevelop a digital mindset and openness to change by using available systems and tools effectively, while building confidence in identifying simple process improvements within the R2R scope. \nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.\n3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in GL\nGood understanding of accounting principles and transaction flow across subledger and GL. \nGood command of Business English.\nGood command of Polish.\nKnowledge of SAP and Excel.\nExperience in a BPO or Shared Services environment\nStrong attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.\nStrong organizational capability. \nCustomer orientation and ability to work with others. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and ensure execution of discipline. \nA digital mindset and openness to continuous improvement.\n Ability to work occasional afternoon hours (2 PM till 10 PM), up to 5 days per month, based on business needs.\nPreferred skills\nKnowledge of IFRS is preferred.\nExperience with BlackLine is a plus.\nExperience with macros, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, or RPA is a plus.\nLocations\nLodz, PolandBase Salary Range:\nzł138,300.00 - zł190,190.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
