I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.\nJob Description\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Resource Utilization & Integration Lead (Senior Manager), you will report to the Chief of Staff and be an important member of the Chief of Staff Office (CoSO) within the Global Communications & Governance (GC&G) organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing key GC&G processes that partner with the organization to support the goals of resource utilization excellence and budget governance. The role requires a strong strategic mindset, project management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.\nHow You Contribute:\nCreate opportunities for team members at all levels to share best practices, experiences, and engage for a more cohesive execution of our goals stakeholder engagement, and program effectiveness measurement.\nAct as HR’s point of contact and support their efforts, as needed\nIdentify capability gaps within the teams that align with the strategic goals of the organization\nPartner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to manage consulting contracts and vendor agreements aligned with company policies and budget expectations as well as lead consultant vendor management activities such as onboarding, performance monitoring, engagement oversight, and relationship management.\nSupport the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide visibility into resource utilization performance that supports leadership decision-making through data-driven insights, recommendations, and risk identification\nIdentify and implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder experience.\nLead special projects related to your expertise through efficient and effective planning, communication, execution, tracking/reporting, facilitating, and risk mitigating activities with a focus on outcomes and solutions.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nMinimum of 5 years of business experience, ideally in operations or strategy roles.\nProven experience managing complex cross-functional programs and organizational processes in a global environment.\nStrong understanding of budget governance practices\nExperience managing consulting vendors, external partnerships, and contract-related processes.\nStrong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.\nOperate effectively in a fast-paced, transformational environment, demonstrating agility, independent judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while driving outcomes with minimal direction.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to navigate ambiguity, lead through change, and collaborate across teams to deliver business results.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while delivering high-quality outcomes under demanding timelines.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.\nAbility to operate in an ambiguous environment with strong personal drive, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and advanced AI skills with tools such as Copilot\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management or related field\nTakeda Compensation and Benefits Summary\nWe understand compensation is an important factoras you consider the next step in your career.
