We foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace, in which our global teams are united by an unwavering commitment to provide Better Health and a Brighter Future to people around the world.\nHere, you will be a necessary contributor to our inspiring, bold mission.\nOBJECTIVES:\nThe core purpose of this position is to drive the execution, implementation, and operationalization of quality data analytics and quality oversight of digital initiatives that are aligned with R&D Quality organizational KPIs and enable business stakeholders to carry out their quality oversight and compliance responsibilities.\nResponsible for conducting analysis and gathering requirements to oversee and build end-to-end analytical solutions, leveraging best practices for UI/UX and data visualization to create relevant, innovative, and impactful dashboards and reports supporting the analytical needs of multiple R&D Quality teams, systems, and products.\nLeading Quality oversight of the data driving solutions to ensure accurate, complete, and fit for purpose data and solutions, so that R&D Quality leadership can rely on it for trending, oversight, and decision-making.\nWorks creatively and collaboratively with R&D Quality stakeholders, IT, and the wider business by supporting design-thinking workshops, following Agile ways of working, and mentoring stakeholders to evangelize effective data visualization and data literacy practices.\nACCOUNTABILITIES:\nLead quality oversight of solution design, execution, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and digital solutions that enable data-driven, actionable insights in partnership with R&D Quality stakeholders.\nIndependently perform complex analysis using industry-standard data and data-science techniques to build and maintain flexible, QMS-focused data foundation structures.\nDefine, implement, and monitor data-quality rules and checks for critical quality data elements; investigate and resolve data issues with data owners and system teams.\nFacilitate the day-to-day maintenance and quality oversight of digital tools and solutions, supporting user access management, issue reporting/resolution, and ad-hoc data requests that support R&D Quality business.\nEnsure high adoption of digital tools through user-focused solutions, user training, documentation, and go-live support.\nSupport the transition and modernization of quality reporting, ensuring KPI parity and no disruption to compliance reporting.\n Test, validate, and maintain interactive visualizations and reports in line with Takeda SDLC and applicable GxP and data-integrity (ALCOA+) expectations.\nManage and communicate ongoing status, risks, and issues to provide visibility to leadership.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline (e.g., Information/Data Science, Engineering, Statistics) is required.\n3 or more years’ related work experience in quality systems and with data visualization capabilities, including at least 2 years building Business Intelligence reports and visualization solutions and designing and analyzing business and technical models is required.\n Proficiency in BI / data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is required.\n Experience with SQL, Python, and a modern data platform (e.g., Databricks) is required.\n Experience designing and deploying low-code applications, automated workflows and AI-agents using Microsoft Power Platform technologies (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.) or equivalent and integrating solutions with enterprise data sources and business processes is preferred.\n Experience with quality management system processes (e.g., deviations, CAPAs, audits) and systems such as TrackWise or Veeva eQMS is preferred.\nExperience in the global pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in a Quality or Compliance function is preferred.\nTakeda Compensation and Benefits Summary\nWe understand compensation is an important factoras you consider the next step in your career.
