You will deliver new functionality across applications, support the entire development lifecycle and assist the platform support with product related incident resolution.\nThis role positions you as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert, steering the creation and implementation of automation solutions to optimize Takeda’s IT Service Management processes. With specific emphasis on the ServiceNow SecOps and GRC modules, you will ensure seamless functionality, enhanced operational efficiency, and a user-friendly experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Service Catalog items and workflows within Takeda’s ServiceNow platform, leveraging your technical expertise in ServiceNow development practices and a deep understanding of IT Service Management and business process automation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, and APIs.\nDesign and implement scalable solutions focused on the ServiceNow Service Catalog module.\nDevelop Service Catalog items, workflows, and customizations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, etc.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nEnhance user experience and implement automation to optimize service delivery.\nMaintain and update Service Catalog offerings to ensure scalability and usability.\nBuild and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance workflow automation.\nDocument all configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure clear communication and future scalability.\nPresent product demos and technical showcases for stakeholders.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.\nAdherence to ServiceNow best practices, Takeda-defined standards, and Agile development schedules.\nLeverage Takeda’s SDLC toolset for efficient development and deployment.\nDrive innovation and optimize Service Catalog functionality to meet evolving business needs.\nStay updated on ServiceNow advancements, incorporating new features into solutions.\nSkills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.\n3+ years of experience in architecting, designing and developing ServiceNow solutions (especially, Integrated Risk Management and SecOps modules).\n2+ experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog module is a must.\nStrong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Security Operations processes.\nStrong expertise with ServiceNow platform development, especially Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and scripting languages.\nProficient in creating Server-side and Client-side scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.\nExcellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.\nServiceNow System Administrator certification (required).\nServiceNow Application Developer certification (preferred).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent English (both written and oral).\nWhat Takeda Can Offer You\nTakeda is certified as a Top Employer, not only in India, but also globally.
