This position is responsible for leading sourcing and contracting activities that help ensure reliable manufacturing capacity, supply continuity, and support for patient needs. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive value across cost, innovation, risk, and sustainability objectives. As a recognized procurement expert, you will provide strategic guidance, influence decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement performance and business outcomes across the organization.\nHow You Will Contribute\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for Contract Manufacturing Operations categories aligned with business priorities and category objectives.\nLead sourcing events, negotiations, and contract finalization to secure value, competitive terms, and reliable supply solutions.\nBuild and manage supplier relationships while supporting supplier selection, performance governance, and risk escalation activities.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing decisions with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, finance, and business requirements.\nIdentify and drive value opportunities across cost, demand, innovation, risk management, and sustainability objectives.\nMitigate supply and operational risks by supporting contingency planning, alternative sourcing strategies, and business continuity initiatives.\nPromote standardized procurement practices and contribute to process improvement, automation, and digital innovation efforts.\nEnsure compliance and governance by adhering to procurement policies, risk frameworks, and performance management standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\n7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or shared services environments.\nStrong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and complex commercial negotiations.\nExperience developing sourcing strategies, leading sourcing events, and applying should-cost models and market benchmarks.\nKnowledge of Contract Manufacturing Operations, including external manufacturing, supply agreements, capacity management, and supplier risk management.\nProficiency with SAP Ariba or equivalent eSourcing tools, along with experience using procurement technology and digital solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a global environment.\nExcellent communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English.\nLocations\nLodz, PolandBase Salary Range:\nzł328,000.00 - zł451,000.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
