Job Description About the Role The Talent Intelligence Partner is a strategic advisor who combines external talent market intelligence, advanced sourcing, and data-driven insights to help the organization make informed workforce and hiring decisions. Reporting to the Talent Intelligence Lead, this role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs, assess external talent markets, identify critical and scarce capabilities, and translate insights into actionable talent strategies.
