This, in turn, empowers Takeda’s unwavering commitment to patients.\nAs a Treasury Solutions Specialist, you will provide service and solutions in the below Treasury areas: Accounting & Reporting, Foreign Exchange management. Reporting to the Treasury Solutions Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and Treasury Cash Management (Operations) and Financial Risk Management.\nAccelerate value & make an impact by:\nPrepare accounting entries, perform valuation and reconciliation for Treasury related items,\nDaily basis work on the In house bank activities, cash clearing reconciliations and payment orders, \nPerforming payments and provide payment forecast to stakeholders,\nReview Intercompany position, reconciliation and HFM controls,\nEnsuring all loans, derivatives and associated interest transactions are recorded in the Treasury systems in line with with Cash clearing accounts,\nPerform FX variance and P/L analysis,\nPreparation of and review of financial statements and data validation checks, of treasury reports such as balance sheet exposure report, Treasury limits, FX gains and losses,\nManaging month end for Treasury entities and treasury transactions\nSupport for Treasury projects,\nActing as Treasury SME in projects & initiatives undertaken by team or other departments,\nIdentification of areas for improvement,\nWorking cross functionally for effective finalization of tasks,\nAd-Hoc assigned by the manager within Treasury Solutions area.\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting,\n2-3 years work experience overall with a shared services environment within a large multinational organization,\nExcellent Communication skills,\nAudit / SOX / process controls experience,\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail,\nProficiency in English language, verbal and written.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in external innovations and automation (SAP ERP, Kyriba, Power BI, Robotics, AI)\nStrong analytical skills - able to identify anomalies in data and solve them quickly and effectively\nProject Management and systems implementation experience\nWhat Takeda Business Solutions can offer you:\nNo investment we make pays greater dividends than taking good care of our people.
