# Business Development Manager

We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for an Business Development Manager to help us build and manage the BD team, set up processes, and drive the pipeline generation engine needed to support our next stage of growth. About the Role As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead a team of approximately 10 Business Development representatives across Berlin, London, and New York. Working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers organized into regional pods, you’ll play a key role in generating new opportunities with enterprise financial institutions. Our enterprise motion goes beyond selling a single point solution to one buyer. Taktile’s platform can support multiple use cases and teams within an institution, so creating opportunities means understanding shared priorities and bringing the right people into the conversation-from business leaders to risk, technology, and operations teams.
