distribution bottlenecks, or technical errors quickly.\nClient Reporting: Pull, interpret, and deliver channel performance metrics, content analytics, and royalty insights to artists and managers with actionable optimization tips.\nQualifications & Requirements\nExperience: 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner operations, or client services within the music industry, MCN, or digital media space.\nYouTube Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of YouTube CMS, Content ID, rights management, YouTube Studio analytics, and platform best practices.\n Distribution Understanding: Solid grasp of the digital music supply chain, metadata standards (ISRC/UPC), and digital service provider (DSP) release operations.\nArtist Relations: Proven ability to build trust with artists, managers, and creative stakeholders in a fast-moving, high-touch environment.\nOperational Skill: Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple incoming client requests simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.\n Industry Passion: An authentic passion for current music, digital creator culture, and evolving media technology
