This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced media/tech environment, brings a positive and proactive attitude, and enjoys supporting the organization through periods of growth and change.\nKey Responsibilities to Assist in;\nDeveloping and update organizational structures and job descriptions\n Developing and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal systems\nSupporting and continuously improve HR automation tools and workflows (HRIS, onboarding, leave management, approvals)\nSupporting workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition across media, content, and tech functions\nSupporting the building of talent pipelines suited to a media agency / tech hiring environment\nPartner with hiring managers on job scoping, interview design, and offer negotiation\nDesigning and managing performance management systems and KPIs, including goal-setting, reviews, and calibration\nSupporting managers in setting measurable KPIs and giving effective feedback.\ncoordinating learning & development initiatives.\nSupporting management in improving organizational effectiveness and employee performance\nContributing to a positive, high-performance culture across all offices (Egypt, UAE, and beyond)\nSupporting change management initiatives as the company scales and formalizes its people practices\nActing as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR matters, resolving issues with fairness and speed\nPreparing HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.\nRequirements & Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, ideally in a People Partner or similar role.\nProven experience hiring for media agencies, content companies, or tech organizations\nHands-on experience with HR automation tools and HRIS platforms\nVery good to excellent knowledge of performance management and KPI frameworks, with experience designing and running performance cycles\nExperience developing HR policies, processes, and organizational structures\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English\nSkills & Competencies\nPositive, resilient mindset - brings energy and a \"fighting spirit\" even under pressure or ambiguity\nChange agent - comfortable supporting culture change and challenging how things have always been done\nProactive - spots problems before they're flagged and takes initiative without waiting to be asked\nFast learner -
