essential, along with experience analysing business and marketing performance and an interest in using AI to make analytics faster, more scalable, and more impactful.\nAnalyse business performance across growth, customer behaviour, revenue, profitability, marketing, and operations.\nIndependently write and optimise SQL queries to extract and analyse large datasets.\nConduct deep dives to identify trends, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and key business drivers.\nAnalyse customer behaviour across acquisition, activation, retention, churn, frequency, cohorts, segmentation, and customer value.\nAnalyse marketing and campaign performance across relevant channels, connecting marketing activity to customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.\nEvaluate marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC/CARC, ROAS, conversion, campaign uplift, and customer quality, and recommend opportunities to improve targeting and budget allocation.\nSupport customer segmentation and targeting strategies using behavioural, lifecycle, frequency, and value-based cohorts.\nConduct pre/post, cohort, benchmark, and incrementality-style analyses to evaluate campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.\nSupport business cases, forecasting, scenario modelling, and impact estimation for new initiatives.\nBuild dashboards and recurring reports using BI and visualisation tools, with clear visibility across business and marketing KPIs.\nPartner with Marketing, Product, Commercial, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to define KPIs and provide clear, commercially relevant recommendations.\nTranslate complex analysis into clear insights and actions for business stakeholders.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytical outputs and underlying measurement logic.\nAI in Analytics\nThe candidate should actively use AI as part of the analytics workflow, including:\nAccelerating SQL development, debugging, and analysis.\nStructuring analytical approaches and generating hypotheses.\nAutomating repetitive reporting and analytical tasks.\nSupporting faster campaign, customer, and marketing performance analysis.\nImproving insight generation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.\nBuilding reusable analytical workflows or AI-assisted processes that improve team productivity and scalability.\n 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Strategy Analytics, Growth Analytics, or a related field.\nStrong hands-on SQL skills.\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills.\nExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.\nAbility to translate data into clear business recommendations.\nComfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nPractical exposure to generative AI tools in analytical workflows.\nNice to Have\nExperience in e-commerce, marketplaces, quick commerce, retail, fintech, or consumer technology.\nExposure to Python.\nUnderstanding of A/B testing and experimentation.\nExperience with customer lifecycle, marketing, pricing, retention, churn, or unit
