Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.\n WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?\nAs Ops & CX Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of performance across operations and customer experience function, and to develop and implement a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting it.\nThe role will be focused on driving data driven decision making & delivering continuous improvement through strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
