The ideal candidate will oversee in-house maintenance operations, manage outsourced services, and ensure all facility-related functions are delivered efficiently and to high standards. This role requires strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills to manage daily operations across our head office and coworking spaces.\nWhat's on your plate?\nRespond to the Facilities department help desk tickets.\nMonitor and ensure the quality and performance of outsourced services including housekeeping, pest control, and fleet operations.\nMaintain comprehensive records of work orders, contracts, and service requests.
