About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical exposure to accounting processes, financial documentation, taxation, and day-to-day finance operations in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
  • Support the processing and recording of invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor and customer records with accuracy.
  • Help prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
  • Organize, verify, and maintain accounting files and documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.
  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software (Tally/ERP) is preferred.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
