transformation du Core Banking et assure l’interface entre les équipes métier et IT.\nPrincipales responsabilités:\nAnalyser et formaliser les besoins métier liés au Core Banking.\nConcevoir les solutions avec les SME et Service Owners.\nRédiger les exigences et spécifications fonctionnelles.\nPrésenter les analyses aux utilisateurs et obtenir leur validation.\nRéaliser les estimations de charge de développement.\nGarantir le respect des standards, procédures et architecture IT \nAssurer la coordination entre les équipes Métier, IT et techniques.\n Profil recherché\nPlus de 15 ans d’expérience dans le secteur bancaire, idéalement en environnement Core Banking.\nSolide expérience en transformation et delivery IT.\nBonne connaissance des processus opérationnels en Wealth Management et de l’écosystème Core Banking.\nExpérience en Intelligence Artificielle.\nExcellentes capacités de communication, avec un bon niveau en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.\nAutonome, structuré et doté d’un fort esprit analytique.\nOrientation client et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.\nBonne maîtrise de SQL.\nCapacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe et à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle.\nDiplôme Bachelor ou
