complex, real-time systems within capital markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain front-office applications, components and utilities\nContribute across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support)\nBuild and deliver high-performance, scalable applications\nDevelop RESTful APIs and modern UI applications using React\nEngage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutions\nCollaborate with production support teams to ensure smooth releases and system stability\nProvide third-line support and assist with troubleshooting production incidents\nContribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives\nSkills & Experience (Required)\nStrong development experience in C# & REACT\n\nExperience building web-based applications and RESTful APIs\nSolid experience with relational databases and SQL\nExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React\nStrong understanding of application performance and optimisation\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nExperience working in agile, collaborative environments\nExperience within investment banking or capital markets environments\nKnowledge of front office systems (FX, Rates, Credit, or derivatives)\nExperience with multi-threaded or distributed
