The ideal candidate will have strong OOP fundamentals, especially in C++, and will be passionate about developing new features on Trade and Market Access Platforms.\n Role and responsibilities\nDesign and develop high-performance C++ systems from the ground up for a global Market Data Feed Application\nApply strong OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms to build clean and maintainable systems\n\nDesign scalable, low-latency components for real-time market data processing\n\nDevelop network connectivity using UDP/TCP, including multicast\n\nImplement and integrate financial market data protocols including ITCH, PITCH, and OUCH\n\nBuild market data processing and order book components\n\nDesign concurrent, thread-safe systems with a focus on latency, throughput, and reliability\n\nProfile, benchmark, and optimize performance-critical code\n\nOptimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques to minimize latency\n Requirements\n3-5 years of C++ backend development\nStrong C++ programming and object-oriented design fundamentals (Must be familiar with C++ 23 features or latest C++ 17)\n\nExcellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design\n\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience building performance-sensitive or real-time systems is highly preferred.\n\nCompany’s Benefits\nAt Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including:\n Salary between USD $120,000 -
