The team will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and evolving critical Capital Markets operations and systems, with a strong focus on the Calypso platform.\nYou will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into functional solutions while contributing to the continuous improvement of trading, risk, and post-trade processes.\nThe position offers long-term stability, exposure to complex financial products, and the possibility of future internalization with the end client after a successful collaboration period.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Calypso.\nCollaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations teams.\nTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.\nParticipate in the design and implementation of Calypso enhancements and new functionalities.\nSupport incident analysis and resolution in cooperation with technical teams.\nFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.\nAssist with testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production validation.\nContribute to process optimization initiatives across Capital Markets operations.\nSupport system upgrades, releases, and platform transformation projects.\n Required Skills & Experience\n3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.\nPrevious demonstrated experience working with the Calypso platform.\nStrong understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle processes.\nExperience gathering and documenting functional and business requirements.\nAbility to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nKnowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, or Operations workflows.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills in English: C1 proficiency\nNice to Have\nExposure to derivatives, fixed income, FX, equities, or money markets.\nUnderstanding of SQL and data analysis.\nExperience working in investment banking
