The successful candidate will join an Agile squad and play a key role in transforming business requirements into data-driven reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organization.\nThe professional will work closely with business stakeholders, taking ownership of assigned user stories, building reports and dashboards, validating data quality, and supporting end users during the final validation process.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business and technical requirements from assigned user stories.\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.\nCreate and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations.\nValidate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting solutions.\nTroubleshoot and investigate data-related issues.\nCollaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure reporting requirements are met.\nSupport end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final data validation activities.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nDocument reporting solutions, business rules, and technical developments.\n Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.\nExperience building enterprise-level dashboards and reports.\nStrong data analysis and data validation skills.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum environments.\nIntermediate knowledge of PL/SQL.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.\nExperience interacting with
