We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications.

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our GTB Tech Evolution Platform team, helping us build and operate secure, scalable and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.

In this role, you will work closely with Platform, Security and Product teams to onboard applications onto standardized cloud patterns, improve automation and security, and drive the adoption of modern DevOps, SRE and observability practices.

You will play a key role in the evolution of our cloud platform, with a strong focus on AWS/EKS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/EKS.
• Lead the onboarding and migration of applications to standardized Cloud patterns and platform services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using GitHub.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform.
• Drive the migration from traditional credential-based authentication towards AWS IAM/IRSA and secure identity management practices.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments, ensuring reliability, security and scalability.
• Champion observability and SRE practices, including monitoring, logging and performance improvements.
• Work with tools such as Amazon CloudWatch and, ideally, Dynatrace.
• Promote automation across infrastructure and application lifecycle management.
• Maintain a documentation-first approach, ensuring platform processes, configurations and standards are clearly documented.
• Contribute to service catalog ownership and governance.
• Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, Security and Product teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, resilience, security and developer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as a DevSecOps / DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS / Amazon Web Services.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally including EKS.
• Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub-based development and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with authentication and IAM, particularly within AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of Amazon CloudWatch and cloud monitoring.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• A strong security mindset and interest in building reliable, scalable and well-governed cloud platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python scripting or automation.
• Experience with Java applications or ecosystems.
• Experience with Dynatrace or other observability platforms.
• Experience with AWS IAM Roles for Service Accounts (IRSA).
• Knowledge of SRE principles and practices.
• Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.
