cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.\nIn this role, you will work closely with Platform, Security and Product teams to onboard applications onto standardized cloud patterns, improve automation and security, and drive the adoption of modern DevOps, SRE and observability practices.\nYou will play a key role in the evolution of our cloud platform, with a strong focus on AWS/EKS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, implement and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/EKS.\nLead the onboarding and migration of applications to standardized Cloud patterns and platform services.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using GitHub.\nImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform.\nDrive the migration from traditional credential-based authentication towards AWS IAM/IRSA and secure identity management practices.\nManage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments, ensuring reliability, security and scalability.\nChampion observability and SRE practices, including monitoring, logging and performance improvements.\nWork with tools such as Amazon CloudWatch and, ideally, Dynatrace.\nPromote automation across infrastructure and application lifecycle management.\nMaintain a documentation-first approach, ensuring platform processes, configurations and standards are clearly documented.\nContribute to service catalog ownership and governance.\nCollaborate closely with Platform Engineering, Security and Product teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, resilience, security and developer experience.\n What We're Looking For\n5+ years of professional experience as a DevSecOps / DevOps Engineer.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS / Amazon Web Services.\nAdvanced knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally including EKS.\nStrong experience with GitHub and GitHub-based development and CI/CD workflows.\nHands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\nSolid experience with Docker and containerized environments.\nStrong knowledge of Linux environments.\nExperience with cloud automation and infrastructure automation.\nExperience with authentication and IAM, particularly within AWS environments.\nStrong understanding of Amazon CloudWatch and cloud monitoring.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams.\nA strong security mindset and interest in building reliable, scalable and well-governed cloud platforms.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Python scripting or automation.\nExperience with Java applications or ecosystems.\nExperience with Dynatrace or other observability platforms.\nExperience with AWS IAM Roles for Service Accounts (IRSA).\nKnowledge of SRE principles and practices.\nPrevious experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.\n What do we
