This senior resource will play a central role in the Orchestrade Go Live, acting as the primary technical and functional contact for traders, quants, and risk teams. The ideal candidate is autonomous, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure, with the ability to navigate complex issues, stabilize the platform during migration, and support high priority trading operations in real time.\nThe Front Office Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting daily MtM (Mark-to-Market) reporting, P&L validation, risk monitoring including stress test for the US B2B Supply business activity. This role ensures consistent and accurate publication of the Daily P&L and compliance with the different risk limits and metrics. The role also consists of managing the book structure across multiple legal entities’ transactions and maintains strict adherence to risk mandates. By estimating and modeling various market inputs, validating forward/settlement curves, and creating data-driven reports, this position is crucial in supporting the overall financial performance and risk management of the Supply business activity. Additionally, the Analyst will contribute to improving the Front Office and Market Risk processes specific to the Supply business, enhancing reporting capabilities through tools like Power BI.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide senior level support to front office users, including traders and schedulers\nEnsure stability of the trade lifecycle from trade capture to end of day processes\nTroubleshoot complex technical and functional issues across the ETRM landscape\nWork closely with traders on pricing, market data, positions, and real time operational topics\nMonitor and validate PnL, risk exposures, and position data\nCoordinate with global teams (development, QA, infrastructure, data)\nDrive root cause analysis and long term remediation\nDocument processes, support procedures, and best practices\nAct as a mentor and escalation point for junior and mid level support analysts\nContribute to Go Live readiness and post implementation stabilization\n Required Skills\n3-15 years of experience in front office support, trade support, or application support in energy trading (We are looking for both mid-level and senior-level candidate)\nStrong technical foundation: SQL, Linux or Unix, Scripting knowledge (shell, Python is a plus)\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced trading environment\nStrong communication skills and ability to interact with senior trading staff\nProven experience managing incidents, priorities, and time critical operations\nNice to Have\nDirect experience with Orchestrade\nPython\nCloud exposure (AWS or Azure)\nExperience supporting real time trading activities, telemetry, or scheduling workflows\nKnowledge of North American power markets, with a preference for ERCOT is a plus\nPrevious ETRM
