Vous contribuerez à la mise en place de systèmes robustes, sécurisés et conformes aux exigences réglementaires du secteur bancaire.\nVos missions\nConcevoir, développer et maintenir des pipelines de données et des produits data dédiés à l’analytique et à l’IA\n\nParticiper à la définition et à l’optimisation d’ architectures data hybrides (on-premise / cloud)\n\nDévelopper, déployer et superviser des modèles de machine learning (fraude, AML/KYC, performance commerciale, analyse documentaire)\n\nMettre en œuvre des solutions d’IA et de LLM : OCR, classification de documents, extraction d’informations, RAG\n\nIndustrialiser les développements via des pratiques CI/CD, MLOps et intégration par API\n\nAssurer la qualité, la traçabilité, la supervision des modèles et le respect des transformation et accompagner des profils plus juniors\n\nVotre profil\nFormation supérieure en informatique, data, IA, mathématiques ou équivalent\n\n5 ans d’expérience ou plus en data engineering, data science ou IA, idéalement en environnement réglementé\n\nTrès bonne maîtrise de Python, SQL et Git\n\nSolides compétences en machine learning, NLP et évaluation de modèles\n\nExpérience avec Dataiku, Snowflake ou plateformes Big Data\n\nSens de l’industrialisation et de la mise en production\n\nAutonomie, esprit d’équipe et bonnes capacités de communication\n\nFrançais et anglais courants\n\nAtouts appréciés\nExpérience avec les LLM, prompt engineering, LangChain\n\nConnaissances en OCR et traitement de documents\n\nNotions de DevOps / MLOps (conteneurs, orchestration,
