Applications are welcome on an ongoing basis, with opportunities arising as business needs and client projects develop.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide L1/L2 production support for Front Office trading desks across Fixed Income, FX, EQD, Credit, and other cross-asset products.\nAct as the primary technology contact for traders and sales, providing real-time troubleshooting and desk-side support.\nSupport Murex MX.3 modules including E-Tradepad, LiveBook, Pricing, Simulation, Workflow, Datamart, and Murex services/orchestration.\nTroubleshoot trade booking, STP, enrichment, pricing, PnL, risk, market data, workflow, and interface issues.\nAnalyze Murex logs and investigate application performance, user slowness, and processing issues.\nSupport Murex EOD and batch/job processing.\nMarket Data & Pricing\nTroubleshoot Murex market data processes including MDCS, RTBS, MDRS, and MDIT.\nInvestigate pricing and market data issues involving rates, FX, volatility, curves, repo, dividends, and other pricing inputs.\nSupport pricing services and APIs, including REST/GraphQL integrations where applicable.\nIncident & Production Management\nOwn incidents end-to-end, including triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, RCA, resolution, validation, and closure.\nMonitor application health, logs, batch jobs, schedulers, RTS feeds, interfaces, and production dashboards.\nDevelop and enhance proactive monitoring and alerting to improve system stability.\nEscalate complex issues to L2/L3, infrastructure, middleware, and vendor teams.\nTechnical & Automation\nTroubleshoot across application, database, integration, middleware, and infrastructure layers.\nUse Unix/Linux, SQL, Shell scripting, and Python for investigation and automation.\nWork with Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, and enterprise schedulers such as Tidal, Autosys, or Control-M.\nSupport observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or ITRS.\nVendor, Change & Governance\nManage vendor cases, provide technical evidence, and validate fixes in lower environments.\nSupport production releases, emergency changes, maintenance windows, and post-deployment validation.\nMaintain SOPs, runbooks, incident documentation, and knowledge articles.\nSupport ServiceNow/JIRA processes, audit requests, access administration, and BCP/DR activities.\n Required Skills & Experience\n5+ years of experience in Front Office Trading Technology, Production Support, or a similar environment.\n3+ years of hands-on Murex MX.3 experience preferred.\nStrong functional and technical knowledge of Murex.\nHands-on experience with E-Tradepad, LiveBook, Pricing, Simulation, and Workflow.\nStrong understanding of Fixed Income and FX products; exposure to Equity Derivatives, Credit, and other cross-asset products is highly desirable.\nUnderstanding of PnL, risk, sensitivities, pricing, and trade lifecycle processes.\nExperience troubleshooting market data, trade STP, interfaces, enrichment, booking, and downstream processing.\nStrong Murex log analysis and performance troubleshooting skills.\nStrong Unix/Linux troubleshooting skills.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server.\nExperience with shell scripting; Python or other automation experience preferred.\nUnderstanding of Murex orchestration, services, workflows, and end-to-end process flows.\nExperience troubleshooting Murex EOD and batch-processing issues.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work directly with traders and other Front Office stakeholders in a high-pressure production environment.\nStrong sense of ownership, accountability, responsiveness, and attention to detail.\nPreferred Skills\nMurex market data expertise, including MDCS, RTBS, MDRS, and MDIT.\nExposure to Murex Datamart and reporting frameworks.\nExperience with Murex Pricing APIs, REST APIs, or GraphQL.\nExperience with Bloomberg, ION, TT, MarkitWire, and other trading/execution platforms.\nExperience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, ITRS, or Telemetry.\nExperience with Tidal, Autosys, Control-M, or similar enterprise schedulers.\nExperience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM platforms.\nExperience managing vendor cases and production fixes.\nExposure to audit, compliance, BCP/DR, and operational governance.\nExperience with automation and proactive production monitoring.\n Company’s Benefits\nAt Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including:\n Salary range: USD$110,000 - USD$180,000 annual salary.
