assessments.\nEstablish reusable security patterns, blueprints, and best practices for cross-region adoption.\nStay current with AWS security services and evolving industry standards.\nMandatory Skills\n5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with strong focus on Security Architecture and IAM.\nProven experience designing security architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).\nExperience aligning architectures with enterprise-wide security frameworks.\nHands-on experience implementing OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, federation, and enterprise IdP integrations.\nExperience contributing to cloud migration and modernization programs.\nExperience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).\nAdvanced English profiency (Spanish is a plus).\nSkills & Knowledge\nDeep understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise Identity Providers and federation models.\nAdvanced knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, WAF, Shield, Security Hub, API Gateway, EKS, etc.).\nExperience defining IAM strategies for multi-region/domain and hybrid cloud environments.\nStrong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.\nKnowledge of encryption standards, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, TLS/mTLS.\nAbility to produce clear, structured architecture documentation and security blueprints.\nNice to have:\nSecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA or equivalent).\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Security Specialty.\nExperience with hybrid or multi-cloud governance models.\nExperience with DevSecOps practices and infrastructure-as-code security controls (Terraform, Ansible, Github actions).\nKnowledge of container and Kubernetes security.\nExposure to observability and security monitoring frameworks.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree \nPostgraduate studies or specialization in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Enterprise
