Wrocław.\nAbout the Opportunity\nWe are looking for a Senior Calypso Developer to join a newly formed technology team supporting the Capital Markets operations of a leading European banking organization.\nThis is a unique opportunity to help build a team from the ground up and play a key role in the evolution, support, customization, and enhancement of a large-scale Calypso environment used across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, and Back Office functions.\nThe role also offers long-term project stability, exposure to complex financial products, and the possibility of future internalization with the client after a certain period of collaboration.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain Calypso customizations and integrations.\nSupport production and business-critical Capital Markets activities.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, support teams, and architects.\nDevelop Java-based solutions within the Calypso ecosystem.\nOptimize performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement enhancements.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to technical best practices.\nParticipate in system upgrades and strategic platform initiatives.\n Requirements\n6+ years of software development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Calypso.\nSolid Java development background.\nExperience with Oracle/SQL databases.\nUnderstanding of Capital Markets and financial products.\nExperience with integrations, APIs, messaging systems, or event-driven architectures.\nAbility to work directly with business and
