strategies while providing leadership over cash forecasting, capital planning, debt management, banking operations, collateral management, and treasury technology initiatives.\nThis position requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTreasury Strategy & Capital Management\nDevelop and execute enterprise treasury strategies that support business growth, capital efficiency, and shareholder value creation.\nLead short- and long-term liquidity planning, ensuring sufficient funding capacity across all operating entities.\nPartner with executive leadership on capital allocation decisions, funding alternatives, and balance sheet optimization.\nEvaluate and recommend financing structures, debt issuances, credit facilities, and capital market transactions.\nSupport strategic initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate transactions from a treasury perspective.\n\nBanking & Financial Institution Management\nManage relationships with banking partners, custodians, trustees, and other financial institutions.\nNegotiate banking agreements, service arrangements, credit facilities, and treasury-related contracts.\nEvaluate banking performance, pricing structures, and service levels.\nLead periodic treasury service provider reviews and vendor governance activities.\n\nCapital Markets & Funding\nSupport debt management activities including issuances, refinancing, covenant monitoring, and reporting.\nAnalyze funding alternatives and capital market opportunities.\nMonitor interest rate environments and recommend appropriate funding strategies.\nEvaluate financial risks associated with financing activities and recommend mitigation approaches.\n\nTreasury Risk Management\nIdentify, assess, and manage treasury-related risks including liquidity, interest rate, counterparty, and operational risks.\nCollaborate with Risk Management and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to governance frameworks.\nDevelop policies, controls, and procedures supporting treasury activities.\nMonitor regulatory developments impacting treasury operations and funding strategies.\n\nFinancial Planning & Analysis Partnership\nPartner with FP&A, Accounting, Actuarial, and Investment teams on financial projections and capital planning.\nProvide treasury insights to support enterprise forecasting and strategic planning.\nPrepare materials for executive leadership, Board committees, rating agencies, auditors, and regulators.\nDeliver actionable analyses and recommendations regarding capital deployment and liquidity optimization.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline required.\nMBA, CFA, CPA, CTP, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.\n7+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, banking, capital markets, or related financial management experience.\nExperience leading treasury functions within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated industries preferred.\nDemonstrated experience with capital planning, debt management, and banking relationship management.\nExperience presenting to senior executives, boards, regulators, and external stakeholders.\nCapital markets, debt structures, and financing strategies.\nFinancial modeling and balance sheet management.\nTreasury controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.\nRegulatory requirements affecting treasury and
