The role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the ability to build alignment across technical and business teams, and the discipline to drive initiatives from concept through execution.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities. In this role, you’ll do more than contribute you’ll drive meaningful change by:\nLead cross-functional projects from intake through implementation using structured project management practices.\nTranslate ambiguous business ideas, operational challenges, or executive direction into clear project plans, deliverables, milestones, and ownership models.\nFacilitate collaboration between business leaders, developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, vendors, and operational stakeholders.\nApply strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.\nDrive project execution with a focus on timelines, budget management, scope control, and measurable outcomes.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and gaps early while proactively developing mitigation strategies.\nBuild and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, action trackers, and executive updates.\nHold teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.\nNavigate difficult conversations and manage highly opinionated or stubborn subject matter experts to drive alignment and decisions.\nCoordinate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and project governance meetings.\nEnsure project documentation, testing, change management, and operational readiness activities are completed effectively.\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.\nPromote a positive, solution-oriented culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Have\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of project management, PMO, or strategic delivery experience.\nStrong understanding of SDLC processes, application development, infrastructure delivery, and enterprise technology environments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nExperience leading projects involving business transformation, enterprise applications, integrations, or operational improvements.
