Applicants should be passionate about sustainability and have the technical aptitude to manage energy efficiency projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovative energy infrastructure upgrades (e.g., LED lighting, solar photovoltaics, data center power and cooling, etc.), managing an internal team of engineers and associates, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. Success in this position requires a dynamic individual with strong managerial and technical abilities.\nPotential responsibilities may include but are not limited to:\nProject management, including client coordination and oversight of internal team members and third-party consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers\nEngineering management, including supervision of site audits, upgrade identification, data analysis, cost-savings calculations, and engineered drawing reviews\nBusiness development, including leading competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) response submissions and sales presentations\nOther miscellaneous tasks required to advance project initiatives to completion\nPreferred qualifications include but are not limited to:\n3+ years relevant work experience with demonstrated history of project leadership\nPrior experience with engineering or demonstration of technical aptitude\nDemonstrated passion for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or sustainability\nDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team\nBachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering/STEM) and US work authorization required;
