Big4 experience is a strong advantage.\nStrong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, management and tax accounting, with proven experience in internal and external audits.\nExperience in standardizing financial reporting, implementing financial policies, and building financial processes from scratch.\nAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and hands-on experience with BI tools and ERP systems (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).\nUpper-Intermediate English or higher, with the ability to handle financial reporting and business communication in English.\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to develop non-standard solutions and communicate effectively with business units and C-level stakeholders.\nExperience reconciling crypto and fiat transactions and processing large volumes of financial data accurately and efficiently.\nAbility to independently manage financial reporting during the pre-launch stage of new business ventures.\nAbility to evaluate business models and assess their financial viability.\nACCA, CPA, DipIFR, or other relevant international certifications are an advantage.\nExperience working with international holding structures, offshore jurisdictions, and cross-border settlements.\nResponsibilities\nOversee consolidated management and statutory financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) across all business units, ensuring IFRS compliance.\nManage group-wide financial reporting systems (BI/ERP) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.\nMonitor accounting records and validate financial results across business units and projects.\nPrepare consolidated financial dashboards and conduct plan-vs-actual analysis, identifying variances and providing recommendations to the CFO and CEO.\nEnsure timely and accurate standalone reporting from all business units.\nOversee tax planning, optimization initiatives, and the development of group-wide financial policies and procedures.\nLead cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and currency risk control.\nCoordinate external audits, prepare board reporting, and support investor communication.\nDrive financial process automation and improvements to ERP/BI systems.\nSupport M&A and partnership due diligence, as well as the integration of new businesses into group reporting standards.\nManage and coordinate the work of one finance team member who will
