Role\nIn this position, you will take ownership of end-to-end transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, working at the intersection of IT, engineering, and production.\nYou will play a key role in modernising factory environments and enabling more efficient, scalable, and intelligent processes across multiple sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and deliver complex digital transformation projects within manufacturing environments\nDrive initiatives focused on automation, system integration, and smart factory capabilities\nOversee the implementation and evolution of core platforms such as ERP, MES, WMS, and quality systems\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, engineering, and business units\nManage multi-site and international rollouts of systems and solutions\nEnsure successful delivery in line with scope, timelines, and budget\nIdentify risks early and manage dependencies across multiple project streams\nEngage with senior stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communication\nOperate within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained\nYour Background\n10+ years of experience delivering projects in manufacturing and/or production environments\nStrong exposure to digital manufacturing / shopfloor systems\nSolid understanding of manufacturing IT landscapes (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS or similar)\nExperience working in regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences\nProven track record delivering complex, multi-site transformation programs\nFamiliarity with structured and/or agile project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES, Agile)\nDegree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline\nLanguages:\nGerman (C1 required)\nEnglish (B2+)\nWhy This Opportunity?\nBe part of
