a small team of experienced software engineers (4-5 people)\nRemaining highly hands-on (around 60-70%) developing modern Java applications\nDesigning and building new functionality using:\nJava \nSpring Boot \nModern Full Stack technologies \nDriving the evolution of business-critical applications including:\nProduct Configuration \nSales Applications \nCRM \nCustomer Portals \nInternal Business Systems \nWorking closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions\nHelping modernise legacy applications while preparing the organisation for future platform transformation\nInfluencing software architecture, integration strategy, application security and development standards\n What we're looking for\nStrong Java development experience\nExcellent Spring Boot knowledge\nExperience building modern web applications\nSolid understanding of:\nSoftware Architecture \nSystem Integration \nCI/CD \nSecure Coding \nApplication Security \nExperience working with complex business applications\nFluent German (C1+) and good English\nNice to have\nExperience working with systems such as:\nERP \nCPQ \nProduct Configurators \nPLM \nManufacturing or Industrial Software \nLeadership experience is beneficial-but not essential.\nIf you're a senior engineer with the right mindset and are ready to lead technically while continuing to code, we would
