PMO Infrastrukturbau

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die Projektleitung eines Grossprojekts im Bahninfrastrukturbau und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse, Unterlagen und Steuerungsinstrumente jederzeit auf Top-Niveau laufen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Projektunterlagen
  • Verantwortung für Nachtragsmanagement, Budget- und Terminkontrolle sowie Projektsteuerung
  • Sicherstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Protokollführung sowie Bereitstellung relevanter Dokumente
  • Allgemeine Projektadministration und strukturierte Ablage
  • Koordination von Projektanforderungen und -änderungen
  • Enge, vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Ingenieurwesen oder in Architektur
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Bau- oder Infrastrukturprojekten (z.B. Gesamtprojektleitung, Generalplanung, Fachplanung)
  • Kenntnisse in ACC (von Vorteil), MS Office, MS Project sowie gängiger Projektmanagement-Software (z.B. Provis, Messerli)
  • Verständnis für BIM-Methodik und Digitalisierungsthemen
  • Interesse an Projektadministration, Rechnungslegung und Vertragswesen
  • Strukturierte, präzise und proaktive Arbeitsweise
