doing\nDevelop embedded software and firmware for automotive sensor control units\nDesign and implement robust embedded solutions using C/C++\nUse Python to automate engineering processes, tooling and development workflows\nDrive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools across R&D\nIdentify opportunities where AI and automation can improve engineering productivity and software quality\nDevelop and optimize internal tools, workflows and software development practices\nWork closely with engineers across embedded software, electronics, sensing and wider R&D disciplines\nTake ownership of technical initiatives and contribute ideas that can have an impact across the engineering organisation\nWhat we're looking for\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical discipline\nSeveral years of professional experience in Embedded Software / Firmware Development\nStrong programming experience with C and/or C++\nStrong Python skills\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools, LLMs or AI-driven engineering solutions\nAn interest in applying AI to real engineering problems, automation and developer productivity\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nComfortable collaborating across different engineering disciplines\nFluent professional English\nExperience within automotive, sensors,
