you will be doing\nDesign, develop and maintain software applications using Rust\nWork on complex backend and distributed systems\nBuild reliable, scalable and maintainable software solutions\nContribute to software architecture and technical design decisions\nWrite clean, well-tested and production-ready code\nWork with modern development, testing and deployment practices\nCollaborate closely with engineers, architects and other technical stakeholders\nSupport continuous improvements across software development processes\nWhat we are looking for\nAt least 5 years of professional software development experience\nAt least 2 years of hands-on commercial Rust experience\nStrong understanding of core Rust concepts, including:Ownership\nBorrowing\nLifetimes\nAsync/Await\n\nExperience with Rust libraries or frameworks such as Tokio, Serde, Actix, or similar\nExperience working with distributed or event-driven systems\nGood understanding of software architecture and design principles\nExperience with automated testing and modern software engineering practices\nExperience with technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes\nComfortable working within Agile development environments\nExperience working on complex or business-critical systems\nLanguage requirements\nGerman: Strong professional fluency is mandatory\nEnglish: Strong professional fluency\nNice to have\nExperience in any of the following would be advantageous:\nFinancial services or regulated environments\nLarge-scale enterprise software\nCloud environments\nCI/CD pipelines\nLinux environments\nDistributed systems\nMicroservices\nSAFe or similar scaled Agile environments\nThe ideal profile\nYou are an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving technically challenging problems rather than simply building standard applications.\nYou have genuine hands-on Rust experience, understand how Rust works beyond basic syntax, and are comfortable discussing topics such as ownership, memory safety, concurrency and asynchronous programming.\nYou are also comfortable working in an environment where software quality,
