build, and operate foundational cloud platform components\nDevelop and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including custom operators\nWrite production-grade Go and Python code for platform services and automation\nReliability & Scalability\nImprove the stability, performance, and cost efficiency of cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure\nStrengthen observability through metrics, logging, alerting, and monitoring frameworks\nParticipate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term system hardening\nAutomation & Operations\nAutomate operational workflows, integrations, and infrastructure processes\nReduce operational overhead (KTLO) through engineering-driven improvements\nCollaborate closely with Platform, Regions & Clusters, and Feature teams to ensure seamless delivery\nWhat You Bring\n5-7+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure, or SRE-focused roles\nStrong proficiency in Go and Python (expertise in one with willingness to use both)\nHands-on experience running Kubernetes in production\nSolid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures\nExperience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automation tooling\nComfortable participating in on-call rotations and managing production incidents\nStrong ownership mindset and clear communication skills\nNice to Have\nExperience building Kubernetes operators or control-plane components\nBackground in SaaS, database, or systems-level products\nExposure to Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar
