on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Database Administration.\nDeep hands-on expertise with Snowflake (database design, performance tuning, RBAC, data sharing).\nStrong Python skills for automation, data pipelines, and Snowflake integration (e.g., connectors, Snowpark).\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience with large analytical datasets.\nStrong knowledge of data modelling, medallion architectures, and CI/CD workflows.\nExperience operating across multi-region data environments (Europe + APAC).\nAnalytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver with strong ownership.\nClear and effective communicator, capable of working across cross-functional teams.\nNice-to-Have\nCloud infrastructure exposure, particularly AWS (S3, IAM, PrivateLink).\nExperience with orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and
