technology?\nWe are supporting an innovative Swiss technology company in the search for a Team Lead - Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead a specialist engineering team responsible for developing, industrialising and continuously improving manufacturing processes.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine people leadership with hands-on engineering and play an important role in bringing sophisticated technology products successfully into volume production.\nWhat You will Be Doing\nYou will take responsibility for a team of Process Engineers and work closely with engineering, production and external manufacturing partners throughout the product lifecycle.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLead, coach and develop a team of Process Engineers\nDevelop robust and scalable manufacturing and assembly processes\nSupport new products as they move from development into series production\nCoordinate manufacturing activities with external production partners and suppliers\nDrive industrialisation and manufacturing readiness for new products\nIdentify and implement improvements to quality, efficiency and process stability\nApply methodologies such as PFMEA and Design for Manufacturing (DfM)\nSupport the qualification and release of new manufacturing processes\nDefine effective manufacturing standards and engineering best practices\nWork cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Production\nWhat We are Looking For\nYou will ideally bring:\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical discipline\nStrong experience within Manufacturing / Process Engineering\nExperience leading, coaching or developing engineers\nGood understanding of manufacturing industrialisation and process development\nExperience working with external manufacturers, production partners and/or suppliers\nKnowledge of manufacturing methodologies such as PFMEA, DfM, process qualification and continuous improvement\nAbility to manage complex technical topics involving multiple stakeholders\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\nFluent English with good professional German\nWhy
