applicant will assist the business in developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software solutions that improve operational efficiency, data management, workflow automation and system performance.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n\nDesigns and implements software architectures to solve complex technical issues in alignment with specified requirements\n\nWrites, tests and debugs code to ensure functionality, efficiency and adherence to quality accredited standards\n\nPerforms code reviews and optimises algorithms to ensure software quality, maintainability and adherence to best practices\n\nImplements and manages software development processes and tools\n\nIdentifies, assesses and mitigates potential risks throughout software development\n\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions within broader system infrastructures\n\nDocuments software designs, workflows and user manuals to guide stakeholders and end-users\n\nSkills and Experience Required\n\nThe successful applicant must have:\n\n- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Software Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field.\n\n- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, as a Software Developer, Application Developer, Programmer Analyst or similar role.\n\n- Experience supporting small to medium
