The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of analog layout fundamentals, including matching, symmetry, shielding, parasitic effects, and layout quality.\n\nThe candidate will work closely with circuit designers to translate circuit designs into high-quality layouts while ensuring compliance with design rules and performance requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Create full-custom layouts for analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks.\n\n- Work closely with circuit designers to understand design requirements and layout constraints.\n\n- Implement effective matching, symmetry, common-centroid, shielding, and guard-ring techniques.\n\n- Ensure high-quality layout while considering circuit performance and manufacturability.\n\n- Perform DRC and LVS checks and resolve layout-related violations.\n\n- Analyze and minimize the impact of layout parasitics on circuit performance.\n\n- Apply appropriate ESD and latch-up prevention techniques as per technology requirements.\n\n- Support EM/IR analysis and address related layout issues.\n\n- Debug and resolve layout issues in collaboration with circuit design and other engineering teams.\n\n- Ensure layouts meet relevant foundry/process design rules and guidelines.\n\n- Participate in layout reviews and incorporate feedback from circuit designers and verification teams.\n\n- Maintain proper documentation and follow established layout methodologies and quality standards.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Analog Layout.\n\n- Strong understanding of analog layout fundamentals and methodologies.\n\n- Good knowledge of matching techniques, symmetry, common-centroid layout, shielding, guard rings, and dummy devices.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso XL.\n\n- Experience with Calibre DRC/LVS.\n\n- Good understanding of ESD and latch-up rules.\n\n- Strong understanding of layout parasitics and their impact on circuit performance.\n\n- Knowledge of EM/IR
