release postmortems, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are followed through.\n\n- Support continuous improvement of release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.\n\n- Ensure adherence to change management, governance, and ITIL practices.\n\n- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the release lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 4+ years of experience in Release Engineering, Release Management, DevOps, or a similar role.\n\n- Hands-on experience with release management and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Strong understanding of AWS, microservices architecture, SDLC, and STLC.\n\n- Proficiency with Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.\n\n- Experience working with production deployments, rollback strategies, and release validation.\n\n- Familiarity with Change Management and ITIL practices.\n\n- Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based product environments.\n\n- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
