Trustmi runs a threat monitoring and fraud detection platform that protects organizations' funds and payment processes.\nAs part of the analyst team, you will work directly with customers and their key points of contact. Using Trustmi's unique intelligence feeds, threat logs and IOCs, you will give them an extra layer of security and confidence in every payment.\nYou will also collaborate closely with Trustmi's research team and R&D teams. Your insights will help shape the product, keep customers secure, and immerse you in the cyber fraud tech ecosystem.\nWhat you'll do:\nProactively monitor and review threats and suspicious events across Trustmi's customer base.\nInvestigate alerts end to end: triage, deep dive, and turn findings into clear action items and remediation plans.\nCombine multiple data sources, including the Trustmi intelligence trust network and external threat feeds.\nSupport customers' payment processes and workflows, helping them operate securely day to day.\nDeliver professional, proactive and personal service that keeps customer satisfaction high.\nWork closely with the research and development teams, feeding field insights back into the product.\nContribute to the knowledge base by writing fraud analysis reports and best practices.\nWhat we're looking for:\n2+ years of experience in an analytical role in the cyber or fraud domain.\nExceptional analytical skills, a research orientation, and creative, out-of-the-box thinking.\nHands-on experience in research, information gathering, monitoring and analysis.\nExperience with Python for data analysis.\nSelf-initiative, strong multitasking and a problem-solving approach.\nProfessional, articulate communication with excellent written and verbal English.\nNice to have:\nPandas or other Python data analysis libraries.\nExperience working with and configuring rule engines.\nIncident response and computer forensic investigations.\nWorking with NoSQL databases.\nAI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code or similar.\nLocation and schedule:\nThe role is based in Ukraine or Eastern Europe and works on a US timezone schedule, so a significant part of your working day overlaps with US business hours to support customers in real time.
