This is a full-time position.\nYour Responsibilities\nOwn and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new subscription products and funnels: Build → Launch → Test → Scale → Localization.\nCoordinate multiple product launches simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution and adherence to performance milestones.\nWork directly with the CEO and Product COO to identify, prioritize, and execute new product opportunities.\nAnalyze funnel performance, customer behavior, conversion metrics, retention, churn, and LTV to drive product decisions.\nCollaborate closely with paid acquisition teams across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels to maximize growth opportunities.\nConduct competitor research and market analysis to identify winning product concepts and funnel mechanics.\nDevelop and continuously improve scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks for launching new products efficiently.\nLeverage AI tools for research, funnel analysis, UX reviews, data interpretation, and content optimization.\nMake data-driven recommendations on whether to scale, optimize, or discontinue products based on performance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum 4 years of experience in consumer subscription businesses, DTC, mobile apps, gaming, e-commerce, or other performance-driven B2C environments.\nProven experience launching and scaling at least 2 subscription products or funnels from concept to market.\nStrong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, subscription economics, and customer lifecycle management.\nExperience working closely with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms.\nAbility to analyze cohorts, retention data, and LTV models to make informed product decisions.\nComfortable using tools such as Stripe, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms, and basic SQL.\nStrong AI proficiency and a habit of using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nProfessional English communication skills (written and spoken).\nWhy Join
